It is a great pleasure to share the department activities in this year’s report. In term II all
syllabus were completed with practical activities. The Year 12 and 13 projects were well
carried out and was moderated. The Internal Assessment Task (CAT) for Years 9-11 was
successfully carried out and internally moderated which is added to students Annual
Examination mark. The department celebrated TVET WEEK and this included; skills in
cooking, sewing, carpentry and many more.
Some of our department achieved good results in external exams for years 12 and years
13 achieving 100% pass for the year 2024 and we endeavour to maintain our results
further this year.
Our students engaged in a variety of hands-on projects, such as gardening, sewing,
cooking, woodworking and metal fabrication. They not only honed their technical skills
but also developed critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
I would like to thank the school administrators for their support, guidance and leadership
for the smooth running of the department throughout the year. To all the students, I would
like to wish you luck in the external examination and to everyone and anyone who will
glance the pages of this magazine, have a blessed New Year and May God Bless us all.
