Costarring with fellow accomplished finalists, Harley appeared on
the YouTube video promoting the 2013 National Braille Challenge
which highlights all the activities of the annual event. He is featured
in several scenes throughout the event coverage which can be viewed
on YouTube.
Harley had become not only ingenious at providing commitment,
support, and mentoring on a local, personal level, but also adept at
successful promotion of his dedicated causes at national public
forums and within his growing, popular, global, social media
audience.
