THE EXCEPTIONAL HARLEY FETTERMAN

One topic discussed was the ABLE act of 2013 (Achieving a Better
Life Experience) was introduced which gave individuals with
disabilities and their families the ability to save for the future just like
every other American. The savings allows individuals with disabilities
to fund through personal savings plans various essential expenses
such as medical, dental, education, employment training, assistive
technology, housing, and transportation. Previously, disabled
Americans faced significant limitations on the amount of assets they
could maintain. The bill promised to allow those with disabilities a
better chance to live the American dream.
In March of 2013, Harley appeared on KOKE-FM to talk about the
participation of St. Baldrick's Foundation at the upcoming Dell
Children's Medical Center which was hosting their Annual Childhood
             Cancer Awareness Fair.
