Figure 148: Harley, always interested in design engineering,
crafted his own duct tape, cane pouch after learning duct
tape construction at Camp Discovery at a young age. His
original, blue design was updated over time replacing the
shoulder strap, which had a tendency to deteriorate too
quickly, with a sturdy nylon strap. The final design of his
black cane pouch appears in the foreground.
