          ELEVATED COCKTAILS AND CUISINE

            n July, twenty-year Chef Matthew Jarosz opened, the Food Studio in Grants Pass, a restaurant
          Ilocated in what previously was Blondie’s Bistro. The new Chef-owned restaurant will show-
          case new and exciting cocktails and cuisine. Jarosz says “I am excited to show everyone all of
          the awesome new dishes we have. This restaurant has been a dream of mine for many years.” At
