IMPRESSIVE 45-DAY
CHALLENGE RESULTS
F45 TRAINING
ANNOUNCES SUCCESSES
he F45 Training studio in Medford com-
Tpleted its first 45-day Challenge at the end
of July (“Challenge 32”). The F45 Challenge,
a nutrition and training program focused
on holistic well-being, first swept through
Australia then spread quickly around the
globe. Locally-owned F45 Medford opened its
doors in February. Its next 45-day Challenge
program will begin October 25, with sign-ups
starting early October. Meanwhile, the studio,
open seven days a week to members, offers
seven classes daily.
Locally, Challenge 32 brought impressive
results for 80+ participants. Each person
committed to a minimum four workouts per
week with individual, targeted goals, and
an initial InBody “weigh-in” analytical scan.
Individual and team physical challenges and
motivating games inspired participants to
stay the course. Challenge 32 concluded with
an InBody “weigh-out.” All combined, par-
ticipants attended 2,260 classes and lost more
than 225 pounds, in addition to creating new,
healthy lifestyle habits. The winning team and
top three overall individual winners received
awards and prizes from local businesses.
Founded in 2012, F45 Training is a unique
team training workout that merges high-
intensity interval training, circuit training, and
functional training into one, consummate and
compelling group exercise experience with
over 36 unique 45-minute workout experi-
ences. Additional workouts are under devel-
opment. The daily workouts combine interval,
cardiovascular, and strength training, proven
the most effective method for burning fat and
building lean muscle, and helping individuals
transform their lives.
