not fifteen levels, maybe more, but that within the boundaries of
humanity we have the capacity to access these levels, or some of them
anyway, e.g. sub-consciousness, physical consciousness, super-
consciousness, etc,. And how do we access these other levels of
consciousness on a more controlled basis? The answer is straight

            forward and simple, meditate.
Meditation is an activity that must be taken seriously and not
just be a brief respite from the daily drudgery of living. This is a time
for the phone call home, when your Spirit can communicate with God,
its Father. We read in the New Testament of Jesus taking the disciples
into the Kingdom. This has been recognised as a meditative situation
where that consciousness could return to its homeland, heaven or
whatever you choose to call that special place. If this is what you are
about, you will understand that meditation is a sacred act. If you do
not attach such respect for your meditation then you will receive those
experiences that go with misdirected thoughts. In sitting for a
mediocre meditation, of a psychic nature, without direction, you also
show your lack of knowledge, you allow your ignorance to manifest
and that would be the content of your meditation, ignorance.
There is no great ritual involved in meditation in that there is
no great technique for accessing those realms. There are however,
techniques for powering greater psychic awareness, but these are not
recommended for Spiritual Meditation. The meditation procedure is
simplicity itself, and should to be comfortable and comforting,
illuminating and enlightening. Firstly always seek a situation where
you will not be disturbed in any way. In these times of high
technology this is almost an impossibility. Try taking a bath, do you
feel comfortable, are you sure you wont be disturbed? Will the door
bell ring? Will the telephone ring? It is much more important in
meditation that you can be more relaxed than when taking a bath.
Often you will find that you will need an especially prepared
