you engage in with Spirit.
Relax your physical body down, using one of the many
procedures you are no doubt aware of, and as you go into your
meditation call on your Spirit Guide to come and stand beside you, to
take you and guide you in whatever manner that will enable you to
gain access to the predetermined theme. The length of time is
unimportant in meditation. You are dealing with Spirit in meditation,
Spirit has no time, therefore, in no time you get to the point of the
meditation. Where time does need to have its space is to permit the
consciousness to assimilate the content of the meditation. Remember
that you can converse with your Spirit Guide whilst you are in
meditation. If there is something that you do not understand or that
there is some clarification required then ask your Guide.
Immediately after meditation it is a good idea to take a
physically conscious look at the content so as to allow yourself to
bring into the front of your mind the physical aspect of your
experience and not leave this unattended in the deeper reaches of your
mind. Perhaps you could write down your meditation or find someone
to discuss your meditation with. Finally ensure that you close down all
those parts of yourself that had to be opened so as to enable Spirit
access your being in the manner necessary. Here again there are
exercises to enable this to take place.
Healing meditation varies very little from the above except
that the dedication of the meditation is for the purpose of sending
healing to those who might be in need of healing, Absent Healing.
Another theme for meditation to be dedicated to, is for the
development of your own Spiritual Healing ability or even for your
own healing. You may even wish to combine all dedications and if
this is the case you are best advised to make your meditation fall into
separate parts, each part for the specific intention you wish to have.
