o Before you pass through the gateway, ask your friend
if they have a name they would like to be known as.
o Remember that name.
o Ask them if they have a calling card so that you may
always be sure it is them when they come to be with
you.
o Notice any pictures you may see or any sensations you
might feel.
o Remember what you experience, what you see, what
you feel.
o Before you pass through the gate your Friend will give
you a gift.
o Accept this gift and if you wish look to see what it is,
and also you may ask what is the significance of this
gift.
o Take your leave of this Friend, you may embrace them
if you wish.
o Pass through the gate, and se your friend close it
behind you.
o See yourself one again on the pathway heading back to
the road. Become aware of the sounds of the breeze,
the chirping of the birds, the smell of the wildflowers,
and the feeling of the grass beneath your feet.
