o Your Friend greets you with an embrace.
o Together with your friend you continue to cross the

field until you come to the banks of a stream.
o You walk along the bank of the river, walking in a
direction against the flow of the water.

o In a while you come to a high waterfall with clear fresh
water cascading down.

o You friend takes you by the hand and brings you
through the waterfall.
o As you pass through the waterfall notice all the colours

in the water.
o When you arrive behind the waterfall you see in front

of you a cave.
o At the entrance to the cave you meet another Friend
from the Light.

o You notice a light coming from the cave.
o This second Friend takes you inside the cave. The roof
and walls of the cave are covered in crystals. The light

in the cave emanates from these crystals.
o You can feel the energy in the air.
o Your second Friend takes you to a part of the cave and

shows you something. Ask this Friend the significance
of what they are showing you. Converse with this

Friend.
