o Become aware of the crystal roof and walls of
the cave.
o Your second Friend takes you back to the cave

entrance where you meet your first Friend.
o Before you leave your second Friend gives

you a gift from an alcove in the wall behind
them.
o You may look to see what this gift is and if you

don’t understand its significance ask your
Friends.

o You say a symbolic good bye and go back
through the waterfall. Again notice the
colours.

o Walk back along the bank of the stream. When
you get to the point where you joined the
stream, turn away from the stream and walk

back to the tree.
o You see others from your group also arriving
at the tree and accompanied by their Friends

from the Light.
o When you are all together, all with your

Friends, you all walk towards the gate.
