• Chamazulene is either 4-methyl-1,7-diethyl or 1-methyl-4, 7-diethyl azulene)
• Occurrence: Oil of chamomile.
• Properties:
Chamazulene is blue in colour, so it is responsible for the blue colour of oil of chamomile.
