Let’s face it, balancing your work and home life is not easy. With UpriseHealth, MIL’s confidential employee assistance program
(EAP), you don’t have to face life challenges alone. Uprise provides guidance for personal issues that you might be facing and
information about other concerns that affect your life. UpriseHealth, formerly WorkLifeMatters, provides sound advice and
guidance on a myriad of topics of interest and concern. Uprise offers help with coaching, counseling, and work-life, financial,
and legal services, and more!
Coaching focuses on developing skills to learn how to cope, feel better, and manage stress. Sessions can also
be focused on a specific topic such as sleep, productivity, addiction, pain, or mindfulness. You can choose and
schedule your coach based on your preferences.
Counseling is offered from Uprise Health counselors who will build relationships with you using a number
of the best practices in peer listening. Clinical experts provide referrals to local counselors, as well as triage and
stabilization for those in crisis that may need immediate or longer−term options.
Work-Life Services to help you maintain a balance between work and home life is critical for employee
health. These resources are here to help balance work and life responsibilities with family and caregiving,
health and wellness, emotional wellbeing, daily living, and employee discounts (Perks at Work).
Financial Services includes a financial checkup to determine your financial wellness score. Browse
financial resources like articles and calculators. Talk to a guilt-free confidential Money Coach to stress less and
save more through a 30-minute no cost telephonic appointment.
Legal Services such as unlimited telephonic support and free initial 30-minute consultation with an
attorney, with a 25% discount on attorney services thereafter; online legal forms; extensive law library; and
identity theft.
