Library of Congress top performers


        During a holiday dinner celebrating the Library of Congress (LOC) team, project leadership recognized some of its top
        performers during a festive awards ceremony held at Fogo de Chao. Award recipients were chosen for exemplary performance
        displayed over a year that saw MIL’s IT support presence at the Library continue to grow. The last year, in particular, was crucial
        in our continuing success and expanded footprint supporting the agency. Employees were given the opportunity to nominate
        themselves or another employee and provide feedback as to why the candidate had earned consideration for the specific awards.
        The 2023 award recipients included:

        Diverse Organization of Firms


        MIL's COO Marisa Daley was a panelist at the Diverse Organization of Firms Legislative &
        Townhall meeting! She was invited by our valued teaming partner Tabatha Thurman, CEO of
        Integrated Finance and Accounting Solutions. The panel, moderated by Salome J. Tinker of
        TSC Enterprise, discussed leveling up in the federal procurement space through mentorship
        and teaming.
        DOF is an affiliate organization of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.
        DOF members are Black and other minority owners of licensed CPA and Financial Services
        firms. Their member firms provide a variety of accounting, finance, and consulting services
        to corporations and small businesses, government, nonprofit organizations and individuals
        both nationally and globally.
