        Sheryl has brought her son Logan into the hospital.
        Logan has been burned by a home heating appliance.

        Doctor: Hello. Uhh...Ms. Sheryl   ...uh...I'm sorry I cannot pronounce your last name.

        Sheryl   : Lefebvre
        Doctor : Le....can I call you Ms. Sheryl ?

        Sheryl   : Yes Lefebvre is difficult to pronounce. Sheryl    is fine.

        Doctor : It says on your form that, your son Logan has suffered some burns on his back. Would you
        mind if we take a look?

        Sheryl   : Please go ahead. But please be careful! It hurts him to touch it.
        Doctor : I understand. And this happened tonight? He was sleeping with his back to the heater. Is

        that correct?

        Sheryl   : Yes. I didn't realize that the stupid things were hot enough to cause a burn! The room was
        cold!

        Doctor : I understand Sheryl .... OK Logan, we are going to remove your shirt now. It may hurt a
        little.

        Sheryl   : What can you do Doctor?
        Doctor : We are going to apply an antibiotic cream to the burns. And I think that Logan has a slight
        fever. We are going to take his temperature. If he has a fever, then there is a chance that he may

        have an infection.
        Sheryl   : I see.
