Housing Needs
Projected land requirements needed to be able to facilitate the number of workers as
many as 41,651 people, it is assumed that every 1.5 workers need 1 house unit, thus
27,676 housing units is needed, and if each house is assumed to require 72 m land

Given the vast land requirements for housing and the ability of industrial estate
management business entities to experience limitations in the provision of land,
cooperation with housing developers is needed in the construction of residential areas

the legislation that applies to the local government.
