Breaking the Curse of Poverty  David K. Owusu


               of  winning  it.  However,  ignorance  of  the  battle  leads  to  defeat.
               Since we can’t conquer what we don’t know; it is expedient to have
               knowledge of what you are dealing with in order for us to be able
               to conquer it.


               The Word of God says,


                   “…my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Hosea 4:6a
                  [NIV]


               From the scripture above, God is saying that His people are destroyed
               because of lack of knowledge, which is the know-how and how to
               deal with the subject. note that God’s people are not destroyed
               because of lack of prayer but because of lack of knowledge.


               The Word of God is the principle guide, where we find the good
               nuggets that feed our minds with the right knowledge to overcome
               poverty. Once we have the understanding of what the Lord says
               about  wealth,  we  then  have  the  capacity  to  bring  any  contrary
               opinion to align with the Word of God.


               The immense treasure that has been laid in wait for the saints is
               great and inexhaustible; we should not live as though we are paupers
               and go about beaten and defeated, unable to fend for ourselves. We
               are rich in Christ Jesus.


               The Lord has made all this available through the death of His son
               on the cross, and man’s redemption which was attained through the
               crown of thorns and all the seven places that Christ shed His blood
               to complete our redemption. If only we could take a peek in the
