Vegetarian Bolognese





   ingredients


     1 cup vegetable protein   Onion
     5 mushrooms             Oregano
     1 carrot                Pasta
     Olive oil               Pasta Sauce (Italian herbs)
     Salt/pepper

   method


    1.   1 cup vegetable protein with 1 cup tap water until fluffy no sign of
     water.
   2.   Place pasta in pot with boiling water and leave until cooked.
    3.   Dice the onions and place olive oil in pan then place the onion and
     stir with salt and pepper until changes colour.
    4.   Chop mushrooms and grate the carrot and place in pan with onion
     and mix
    5.   Add the vegetable protein in the pan with veggies. Mix and add
     vegeta and oregano.
    6.   Add the sauce to the veggies and mix well. 
    7.   Serve when all is ready!
