Hu Wenming seal mark, 17th century
The circular box with an incurving inner rim
supporting the domed cover cast and gilt with a
flowering magnolia tree and blossoming plants, the
box with lingzhi, bamboo and blossoming prunus, all
on geometric-pattern grounds.

borne on scrolling, leafy tendrils on a fine ring-
