A SMALL CARVED JADEITE ARCHAISTIC VASE AND COVER
The vase is carved on either side with a pair of confronting stylised kui dragons, between
lappets and blades, flanked on the shoulders with a pair of stylised phoenix, the cover with a
bud-shaped finial. The stone is of an attractive apple-green tone with concentrated areas of
white mottling and reddish-brown hues.
