QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
standing barefoot on a pedestal of swirling clouds, the face seated, draped in long flowing robes falling in folds exposing
modeled with a serene expression with downcast eyes, the bare left foot, the shawl loosely tied at the front revealing
pendulous earlobes and an urna mark on the forehead, the a beaded pendant on the bare chest, the right hand resting
hair gathered in a high chignon secured by a lingzhi-form on the raised right knee, the left holding a scroll and
tiara beneath a draped cowl extending over the rounded supported on a beast-mask fronted arm rest, the head
shoulders, the long billowing robes open at the chest slightly turned to the side with heavily lidded eyes and serene
revealing a beaded foliate-motif necklace, the hands clasped expression, the long tresses neatly pulled back, knotted and
together emerging from the voluminous sleeves falling down over the shoulders
