AN INSCRIBED AGATE SNUFF BOTTLE
18TH-19TH CENTURY
清十八/十九世紀 瑪瑙瑞獸耳詩文鼻煙壺
The snuf bottle is carved to the shoulders with two animal-mask and ring handles and is incised to each
side with a long calligraphic inscription ending with Qianlong yu zhi. The stone is of a pale translucent
beige tone.
