AN ARCHAISTIC CELADON JADE RECTANGULAR
CENSER, FANGDING
17TH CENTURY

十七世紀 青玉仿古紋方鼎式爐

The censer is carved with two upright handles, the sides
are deeply carved with rows of raised nodes separated by
protruding fanges, all below a band of kui dragons. The
pointed feet are carved in an archaistic style, emanating
from four tiger heads. The stone is of an even tone with
russet veins.

                        A PAIR OF WHITE JADE AND GILT-DECORATED BOWLS AND COVERS
                        18TH CENTURY

                        清十八世紀 白玉描金梅紋蓋碗一對

                        Each bowl is raised on a short circular foot and is carved with fared sides rising to a lipped rim. The sides
                        are incised and gilt to both the exterior and the interior with blossoming prunus branches. The domed
                        covers are carved with circular fnials and are similarly decorated. The stone is of a slightly fecked greyish
                        white tone.
