A globular five bat roundel red overlay glass bottle
Late 18th/19th century
Well-hollowed, of compressed globular form with a narrow recessed
rim, the semi-transparent milky white body contrasting to an orange-
toned red overlay carved to form an oval foot ring, two faux lion mask-
and-ring handles separating roundels of skillfully carved bats and
cloud scrolls to the front and reverse.

snuff bottle
18th/19th century
Well-hollowed, of ovoid form, with flat mouth and foot rims, finely
carved through a layer of cranberry-red overlay depicting two lithe
chilong to the main sides, the long tail of one chilong extending to
the foot area, cleverly forming a rounded rim, the narrower sides
decorated with faux lion mask-and-ring handles.
