Of flattened floriform section, the exteriors covered by intricately
composed leafy vines and flowers on a pink ground, the interior
surfaces covered in turquoise colored enamel and the unmarked
underside covered in white.

Two gilt metal wire containers
Republic period
The first a gilt silver hinged cigarette case with elaborate quatrefoil grid
framing crimped wire scroll work; the second a rectangular gilt metal
wire hinged pomander with cash-patterned diapers forming the walls
and supporting orchid plants in bloom; together with a Rococo style
gilt metal hinged snuff box of possible European origin, the perforated
decoration across the cover originally backed with a piece of colored
stone or glass that is now lost. [3]

A group of three enameled metal accessories
Late Qing/Republic period
The first a gilt-finished archer’s ring with cloisonné enamel bands of
shou medallions bordered by ruyi lappet heads; the second a silver
archer’s ring with reticulated frieze of alternating bats and shou-
characters highlighted in colored enamel; the last a rectangular belt
buckle with cloisonné enamel design of coins inlaid in bright enamels
on a rich blue enamel ground.
