A PALE CELADON JADE ‘ARCHAISTIC’ VASE, HU
18TH CENTURY
The pear-shaped vase has a slightly swelling body and
tubular handles. It is carved in low relief to the shoulder
and base with a band of lappets and a geometric
design. The stone is of a pale celadon tone with cloudy
white and russet inclusions.

A PALE CELADON JADE POURING VESSEL
17TH-18TH CENTURY
The baluster form vessel has a dragon handle carved in
high relief and is carved to the exterior with archaistic
scrolls. The stone is of a pale celadon tone with creamy
white and russet inclusions and fecks.
