A MUGHAL-STYLE SPINACH-GREEN
JADE CHRYSANTHEMUM BOWL
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)

The bowl is carved with bands of chrysanthemum
fower petals radiating from a central fower
head to the foliate rim. The stone is of a mottled
spinach-green tone with paler greenish-white and
black fecks and dark green fssures.

                                                               A YELLOW GLASS TRIPOD CENSER
                                                               19TH CENTURY

                                                               The baluster body is raised on three lion-mask
                                                               feet and is moulded with archaistic geometrical
                                                               designs. It has two elephant-head and loop ring
                                                               handles. The short neck is moulded with an
                                                               apocryphal Qianlong mark.
