The deep body decorated in relief with four sinuous dragons amongst
swirling clouds, two of the beasts depicted contesting a large pearl, another
grasps a flaming jewel in its claws whilst the fourth expels a stream of
water from its mouth, all set against a matted ground and raised on a short
spread foot, the base with the punch marks Bao Feng and ‘WS’ for Woshing,
Shanghai, 22.7cm, 858g.

body, the beast with its head turned up towards a monogram, the flared
foot with punch marks reading Bao Sheng and ‘WH90’ for Wang Hing & Co,

Decorated with four blossoming prunus trees, their trunks extending to form
the feet, one side embellished with a stylised detail of gnarled tree bark,
with three punch marks to the base, one reading He Sheng, another ‘WS’ for
Woshing, the third illegible, together with a reticulated wood stand, 18.9cm,

The ovoid body decorated in repoussé with two dragons in pursuit of a
sacred pearl, one side set with a handle formed as a scaly dragon arching
its back, with the head of a further beast disgorging the curved spout, all
surmounted by a hinged cover with a finial shaped as the head of a coiled
dragon, the base with a punch mark, 25.5cm, 594g.
