     A SPINACH-GREEN JADE CENSER AND COVER

     QING DYNASTY, 18TH-19TH CENTURY

     The body is carved in relief on each side with a pair of confronting
     kui phoenix separated by flanges, supported on three feet
     emerging from animal masks, flanked on the shoulder with a pair
     of dragon-head handles. The cover is carved with similar phoenix,
     surmounted by an openwork finial in the form of a coiled dragon.
