Of compressed rounded form, decorated in ‘Buddhist lions’ snuff bottle, Jiaqing iron-red
openwork relief with Buddhist lions playing with seal mark and period, which was sold at
brocade balls, with attached billowing ribbons, Christie’s New York, 15 March 2017, lot 427;
within ruyi motif borders and a key-fret collar at and see also a further similar snuff bottle,
the neck, wood stand and stopper. Jiaqing seal mark and period, which was sold
6.7cm (2 5/8in) high. (3). at Sotheby’s London, 18 May 2018, lot 370.
