•  Verbal bullying: Slandering, ridiculing or maligning a person or his/her family;
                        persistent name calling that is hurtful, insulting or humiliating; using a person
                        as the butt of jokes; abusive and offensive remarks.

                     •  Physical bullying: Pushing, shoving, kicking, poking, tripping, assault or threat
                        of physical assault; damage to a person’s work area or property.

                     •  Gesture bullying: Nonverbal threatening gestures or glances that convey
                        threatening messages.

                     •  Exclusion: Socially or physically excluding or disregarding a person in work-
                        related activities.

                 These examples are not exhaustive, and each situation will be evaluated independently
                 based on its unique circumstances under applicable law.

                 The Complaint Procedures policy in this Handbook applies to workplace bullying
                 complaints, including but not limited it its provision regarding reporting, discipline,
                 investigations, and retaliation.

                 COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

                 If  you  believe  you  have  been  subjected  to  any  form  of  unlawful  discrimination,
                 harassment, retaliation, or workplace bullying, you should submit a complaint as soon
                 as possible after the incident has occurred, preferably in writing, to your Manager, the
                 Human  Resources  Manager  or  to  the  Ethics  Hotline  (RedFlagReporting.com).    Your
                 complaint should be specific and should include the names of the individuals involved, a
                 description of the incident, and the names of any witnesses. Jones-Hamilton Co. will
                 promptly undertake a thorough and objective investigation and attempt to resolve the
                 situation.

                 If Jones-Hamilton Co. determines that unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation,
                 or  workplace  bullying  has  occurred,  effective  remedial  action  will  be  taken
                 commensurate with the severity of the offense. Appropriate action also will be taken to
                 deter any such future prohibited conduct.


                 Any employee who is determined, after an investigation, to have engaged in any type
                 of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or workplace bullying in violation of Company
                 policy  or  applicable  law  may  be  subject  to  disciplinary  action,  up  to  and  including
                 immediate termination.

                 Jones-Hamilton  Co.  will  not  retaliate  against  you  for  filing  a  complaint,  providing
                 information, or participating in an investigation, and will not knowingly permit retaliation
                 by  management  employees  or  your  co-workers.    Retaliation  against  any  individual
                 voicing a complaint or taking part in any investigation of a complaint is illegal and is
                 grounds for discipline, up to and including immediate termination.
