CALL-IN PAY

                 Jones-Hamilton Co. will pay a minimum of four (4) hours of pay to certain designated
                 plant positions who are called in to report to work on a day other than their normally
                 scheduled workday.

                 ON-CALL AND CALL-BACK PAY
                 Requiring an employee to stay at home or at work on "on-call" (also known as
                 "standby") status may qualify that time as hours worked. "On-call" time is not
                 compensable if the employee can use the time spent on-call primarily for his/her own
                 benefit. In determining whether on-call time is work time, Jones-Hamilton Co. will
                 consider:
                        ▪  Geographic restrictions on the employee's movements;

                        ▪  Required response time;
                        ▪ The nature of the employment relationship and industry practice; and
                        ▪ Any other limitation on the employee's ability to use the time for his/her own
                           benefit response time.
                 Being required to carry a cell phone normally does not constitute hours worked. All
                 time spent on callbacks during a standby period is counted as time worked.
                 Call-back and compensable on-call (standby) time is paid the same as regular hours
                 worked, and the regular or agreed wage for this period, as well as applicable overtime
                 will be paid.

                 PAY FOR MANDATORY MEETINGS OR TRAINING

                 Jones-Hamilton Co. will pay non-exempt employees for their attendance at meetings,
                 lectures, and training programs under the following conditions:
                        •  Attendance is mandatory; and

                        • The meeting, course, or lecture is directly related to the employee's job.
                 An employee who is required to attend such meetings, lectures, or training programs
                 will be notified of the necessity for such attendance by his or her supervisor.
                 Employees will be compensated at their regular rate of pay. Any hours in excess of 40
                 in a week will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate, at the hourly rate in effect at
                 the time the overtime work is being performed.

                 OVERTIME

                 Employees may be required to work overtime as necessary. Only actual hours worked
                 in a given workweek will apply in calculating overtime. Jones-Hamilton Co. will
                 attempt to distribute overtime as possible and accommodate individual schedules. A
                 supervisor must authorize all overtime work in advance of work being performed.
                 Jones-Hamilton Co. provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-
                 exempt employees in accordance with state and federal law as follows:

                                                                 34
