PAID TIME OFF
Vacation and Floating Holiday Benefits
Time off with pay is available to eligible employees to provide opportunities for rest,
relaxation, and personal pursuits.
Eligibility and Accrual
All regular full-time employees are entitled to Paid Time Off (PTO) after completely the
90-day introductory period, unless otherwise notified, and based upon his/her years of
active service or net credited service date (service).
All regular part-time employees are entitled to PTO after completing the 90-day
introductory period on a prorated basis based on that employee’s standard workweek,
as follows:
• 39 to 31 hours per week are eligible for 75% of the PTO accrued according to
the full time PTO accrual schedule.
• 30 to 20 hours per week are eligible for 50% of the PTO accrued according to
the full-time PTO accrual schedule.
• Temporary and part-time employees who work less than 20 hours per week are
not eligible for PTO.
Eligible employees will earn and use PTO in accordance with the following eligibility
guidelines. The amount of PTO an employee receives each year increases with the
length of the employee’s service as shown in the following schedule, unless otherwise
noted.
