“Which one’s the key?” Tiara asked.

While the others focused on solving the puzzle, Adit quietly stepped closer to Gilang.

“Do you really believe they’ll figure this out?” he asked.

Gilang looked at him with suspicion.
               “What do you mean?”

               Adit only smiled.
“Sometimes… the heaviest burden comes from those who overthink.”

Suddenly, Adit pressed the Fire symbol.

               THUD!

The floor beneath them trembled. The pillars began to rotate. Smoke poured out of the
               statue’s mouth.

“WHAT DID YOU DO, ADIT?!” Nayla shouted.

Adit faked a look of panic.
“I thought it was the right symbol!”

But Nayla knew. She recognized the look on Adit’s face. It wasn’t panic—it was joy.

The door behind them slammed shut. They were trapped. And from inside the walls, the
               sound of fast footsteps echoed.

               A low growl followed.

               Tiara swallowed hard.
               “That… isn’t human…”

From the shadows, two figures emerged. They stood two meters tall, with dark skin and
glowing red eyes. Ancient guardians—whoever had created them, they weren’t of this world.

“Get ready!” Farel took a defensive stance. “We need to find a way out—now!”

And amid the chaos, Adit stepped back into the corner of the room.
He wasn’t afraid. He was waiting.

“Take them away,” he whispered to himself.
               “Let me continue… alone.”
