charges or liens to guarantee any obligation to be performed by the Company or

To enter into any arrangement in furtherance of jointly seeking benefits, performing

reciprocal acts, or jointly operating a business with any person or company who is

currently engaged in or is operating any business which the Company has been
authorized to be engaged in or any business or undertaking for the furtherance of the

interests of the Company, directly or implicitly, and for the purposes of accepting or

acquiring by other means and holding of shares, stocks, or securities as guarantee and
providing assistance to such person or company and to sell or hold those shares or

securities placed as guarantee or to reissue the same, with or without security, or to

manage the same by other means;
