ที่กล่าวแล้วข้างต้นเพื่อปลูกสร้าง แก้ไข ท าให้ดีขึ้น หรือท าการเพิ่มเติมแก่ทรัพย์สินใดๆ
(ตลอดจนดอกผลของทรัพย์สินนั้น) ของบริษัทที่จัดหามาได้ดังว่านี้ และเพื่อขาย โอน จ านอง
จ าน า แลกเปลี่ยน ให้เช่า ให้ถือ และจ าหน่ายโดยประการอื่นซึ่งทรัพย์สินใดๆ (ตลอดจนดอกผล
ของทรัพย์สินนั้น) ของบริษัทภายในหรือภายนอกราชอาณาจักรไทย ทั้งนี้ ตราบเท่าที่ไม่ขัด
ด้วยพระราชก าหนดกฎหมายของประเทศไทย

To buy, acquire, lease, hire-purchase, possess, improve, use, manage, or acquire by other

means exclusive titles, leasehold rights, and other interests of any property (including
interests therefrom), including any rights, privileges, or any encumbrance over or in

connection with any property (including interest therefrom) in the interests of or in

connection with the abovementioned businesses in furtherance of the construction,
alteration, improvement, or addition to any property (including interest therefrom) the

Company so acquired, and for the purposes of selling, transfer, creating mortgages,

pledges, exchange, leasing out, holding, and disposal by other means of any property
(including interest therefrom) of the Company in the country or abroad, as long as it is

not in conflict with the law of Thailand;

(5) เพื่อกู้ยืม เบิกเงินเกินบัญชีจากธนาคาร นิติบุคคล บุคคล หรือสถาบันการเงินอื่น หรือจัดหาเงิน

and, in particular, by the issuance of debentures or debenture stocks, redeemable
and non-redeemable, or with bonds, contracts, bills of exchange, promissory notes or
