(11) ประกอบกิจการให้บริการ รับเป็นที่ปรึกษา ให้ค าปรึกษาทางด้านคณิตศาสตร์ประกันภัย

และด้านการลงทุนส าหรับธุรกิจประกันภัย (โดยมิใช่การเป็นที่ปรึกษาการลงทุนตามกฎหมาย

ว่าด้วยหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์) หรือด้านอื่นๆ ตามที่กฎหมายว่าด้วยการประกันชีวิต

ก าหนดให้กระท าได ้

To engage in the business of consultancy service, to render counsel and advice on

actuarial science, and investment for the insurance business (not acting as an investment
advisor under the law governing securities and exchange), or on any other areas as

permissible by the law governing life insurance;

ส่วนบุคคล และประเภทอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น ทั้งนี้ จะต้องได้รับอนุญาต
จากรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังตามข้อเสนอแนะของคณะกรรมการก ากับหลักทรัพย์
และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ หรือจากคณะกรรมการก ากับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์

To engage in the securities business as the brokerage of investment units, the dealing in

investment units, the underwriting of investment units, management of private funds
and any other businesses besides the aforementioned, provided that the approval of the

Ministry of Finance has been granted, as recommended by or from the Securities and
Exchange Commission or the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, as the

case may be, or to engage in any other securities businesses as prescribed by the

Ministry, as recommended by or from the Securities and Exchange Commission or the
Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, provided that the approval to engage

in such business has been granted;
