the law governing public limited companies, the law governing securities and exchange
and any other law applicable or in relation to the operation of the Company.

Article ลงมติด้วยคะแนนเสียงไม่น้อยกว่าสามในสี่ (3/4) ของจ านวนเสียงทั้งหมดของผู้ถือหุ้น
ซึ่งมาประชุมและมีสิทธิออกเสียง
Any amendment to these Articles of Association or the Memorandum of Association
of the Company can be made only by a vote of at least three-quarters (3/4) of the
total votes of the shareholders present at the meeting and entitled to vote.
