ข้อ 5 เว้นแต่จะมีข้อความระบุไว้ชัดแจ้งเปนอย่างอื่นในที่น ให้ค าต่อไปนี้มีความหมายดังน:

Article Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, the following terms shall have the meaning
as defined below:
“กรรมการ” หมายถึง กรรมการของบริษัท
“Directors” means the directors of the Company.
“คณะกรรมการ” หมายถึง คณะกรรมการของบริษัท
“Board of Directors” means the Board of Directors of the Company.

“คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ” หมายถึง คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบของบริษททจัดตั้งขึ้น
ตามความในข้อ 11
“Audit Committee” means the Audit Committee of the Company established
under Article 11.
“คณะอ านวยการบริหาร” หมายถึง คณะอ านวยการบริหารที่จัดตั้งโดยคณะกรรมการ

ซึ่งจะต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้ง และจะต้องใช้อ านาจของตนตามบทบญญัติที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 7
“Executive Committee” means the Executive Committee, established by the Board
of Directors, which shall be appointed to exercise their authority as specified in Article 7.
“งบการเงิน” หมายถึง งบดุลหรืองบแสดงฐานะการเงน และบัญชีก าไรขาดทุน

“Financial Statements” means balance sheet or financial statement and profit and
loss account.
“นายทะเบียน” หมายถึง นายทะเบียนตามที่ก าหนดในกฎหมายว่าด้วยบริษทมหาชนจ ากด

“Registrar” means a registrar as prescribed in the law governing public limited companies.
