The Company’s Articles of Association is a controlled document. Do not distribute without permission.

take responsibility for strategic discussions and shall cooperate with the Management

in operating the business according to the Business Plan and Budget, as well as
considering certain matters as specified in Article 48. The Executive Committee shall

submit the matters which are beyond its scope of authority specified herein to the

Board of Directors for further consideration.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) The Board of Directors shall appoint a Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) and the CEO shall report directly to the Board of Directors. The primary

responsibility of the CEO is to coordinate between the Executive Committee and the

Board of Directors.

Key Management Within the first seven (7) years from the date on which these
Articles of Association is registered with the relevant registrar, the Board of Directors

shall appoint the persons who will hold the following positions in the Key Management:

(ก) ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร

(a) Chief Executive Officer (CEO);

(ข) กรรมการผู้จัดการ

(b) President;
