Article ตามมาตรฐานสากล ให้บริษัทแต่งตั้งนักคณิตศาสตร์ประกันชีวิตอิสระที่มีคุณสมบัติ
เป็นที่ยอมรับกันโดยสากล
External Actuary When the Board of Directors deems it appropriate to comply with
international standards, the Company shall appoint an External Actuary with
internationally accepted qualifications.
ข้อ 18 นโยบายการจ่ายเงินปันผล บริษัทจะต้องจัดท านโยบายการจ่ายเงินปันผลให้สอดคล้อง

Dividend Policy The Company shall set up a dividend policy to be in line with the
solvency requirements under the provisions of the applicable law and when the
Board of Directors deems it appropriate, the Board of Directors may approve that
the Company maintain such ratio in accordance with the internationally accepted
standard of solvency requirements.

Business Plan and Budget The Company shall ensure that the Management prepares
the annual Business Plan and Budget to be proposed for the approval of the Board
of Directors.
