ข้อ 20 หุ้นของบริษัทเป็นหนสามัญ มีมูลค่าหุ้นละเท่าๆ กัน และเป็นหุ้นชนิดระบุชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น

Article All shares of the Company shall be ordinary shares, with equal value, entered in name
certificates.

หุ้นทุกหุ้นของบริษทต้องช าระค่าหุ้นเต็มมูลค่าหุ้นด้วยตัวเงินหรือทรัพย์สินอื่นนอกจาก
ตัวเงิน ผู้จองหุ้นหรือผู้ซื้อหุ้นจะขอหกกลบลบหนกับบริษัทไม่ได้

Each and every share shall be fully paid-up by money or paid by any asset other than
money. No subscriber or purchaser of shares may set off his or her debts owed to the
Company against payments on shares.

บริษัทมีสิทธิที่จะออกและเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญ หุ้นบุริมสิทธิ หุ้นก ใบส าคัญแสดงสิทธิ
หรือหลักทรัพย์อื่นใดก็ได้ตามที่กฎหมายว่าด้วยหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์

The Company has the right to issue and offer to sell ordinary shares, preferred
shares, debentures, warrants or any other securities as permitted by the law
governing securities and exchange and the law governing life insurance.
ในการออกหุ้นบุริมสิทธิแต่ละคราว บริษัทจะก าหนดให้ผู้ถือหุ้นบุริมสิทธิมีสิทธิอย่างใด

อย่างหนึ่ง หรือจะก าหนดให้การออกเสียงของหุ้นบุริมสิทธิน้อยกว่าหุ้นสามัญก็ได

At each issuance of preferred shares, the Company, subject to the resolution of the
shareholders’ meeting, may determine that the holders of preferred shares have any
type of rights or may determine that the voting rights of preferred shares are less than
those of ordinary shares.
