Article มีสถานะเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบยนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยและการซื้อหุ้นดังกล่าว
มีจ านวนไม่เกินกว่าร้อยละสิบ (10) ของทุนช าระแล้ว ให้เป็นอ านาจของคณะกรรมการ
ในการอนุมัติการซื้อหุ้นคนดงกล่าว

The repurchase of the shares of the Company shall be approved by a shareholders’
meeting, except in the case that the Company is a company listed on the Stock
Exchange of Thailand and the volume of repurchase of shares does not exceed ten
(10) percent of the paid-up capital, which shall be subject to the approval of the
Board of Directors.
