ข้อ 30 การออกหลักทรัพย์ การเสนอขาย และการโอนหลักทรัพย์ต่อประชาชนหรือบุคคลใดๆ

The issuance, offering and transfer of securities to the public or any person shall be
in accordance with the law governing public limited companies, the law governing
securities and exchange and the law governing life insurance.
การโอนหลักทรัพย์อื่นตามที่ได้จดทะเบียนเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนไว้ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์
แห่งประเทศไทยหรือตลาดรองอื่นนอกเหนือจากหุ้นสามัญ ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วย
หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์
The transfer of other types of securities registered as listed securities on the Stock
Exchange of Thailand or other secondary markets, other than ordinary shares, shall
be in accordance with the law governing securities and exchange.
ค าว่า “หลักทรัพย์” ให้หมายถึง หลักทรัพย์ตามนิยามที่ก าหนดไว้ในกฎหมายว่าด้วย
หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์
The term “Securities” means securities as defined by the law governing securities
and exchange.
