ข้อบังคับบริษัทถือเป็นเอกสารควบคุม ห้ามเผยแพร่ก่อนได้รับอนุญาต
The Company’s Articles of Association is a controlled document. Do not distribute without permission.

If the Company considers that the transfer of shares is legal, the Company shall

register the transfer of the shares in the shares register book within fourteen (14)
days from the date of receipt of the request. However, if the Company believes that

such transfer is incorrect or invalid, the Company shall inform the requesting person

within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of such request.

ข้อ 29 กรณีที่ผู้รับโอนหุ้นมีความประสงค์จะได้ใบหุ้นใหม่ ให้ท าค าร้องขอต่อบริษัทโดยท าเปน
Article หนังสือลงลายมือชื่อของผู้รับโอนหน และมีพยานอย่างน้อยหนึ่ง (1) คน ลงลายมือชื่อรับรอง

เห็นว่าการโอนหุ้นนั้นถูกต้องตามกฎหมายแล้ว ให้บริษัทลงทะเบียนการโอนหุ้นดังกล่าว

ภายในเจ็ด (7) วัน นับแต่วันได้รับค าร้องขอ และออกใบหุ้นให้ใหม่ภายในหนึ่ง (1) เดือน

นับแต่วันที่ได้รับค าร้องขอนั้น

If a transferee wishes to obtain a new share certificate, he or she shall submit to the

Company a written request signed by the transferee and having at least one (1)

witness in certification of such signature and return the old share certificate or other
evidence to the Company. When the Company views that such transfer of shares is

legal, the Company shall register the transfer of the shares within seven (7) days from

the date of receipt of the request and issue a new share certificate within one (1)
month from the date of receipt of the request.
