The Company’s Articles of Association is a controlled document. Do not distribute without permission.

ข้อ 21 ใบหุ้นทุกใบของบริษัทจะระบุชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น และมีลายมือชื่อกรรมการอย่างน้อยสอง (2) คน

Each share certificate of the Company shall indicate the name of the shareholder and

bear the signature of at least two (2) Directors, signed or printed with the Company’s
seal affixed, but the Board of Directors may authorize the Securities Registrar

pursuant to the law governing securities and exchange, to sign or print his or her

signature on its behalf.

ข้อ 22 การลงลายมือชื่อในใบหุ้นหรือใบหลักทรัพย์อื่นใดของกรรมการหรือนายทะเบียนหลักทรัพย์

Article ดังกล่าว กรรมการหรือนายทะเบียนหลักทรัพย์อาจลงลายมือชื่อด้วยตนเอง หรือใช้

เครื่องจักร ใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือประทับโดยวิธีการอื่นใดตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการ

The signature of the Directors or the Securities Registrar on the share certificate or
any other securities certificate may be made by their own handwriting, machine or

computer or affixed by any other means as per the rules and procedures prescribed
by the law governing securities and exchange.

บริษัทจะต้องเก็บรักษาทะเบียนผู้ถือหุ้นและหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลงรายการใน

ทะเบียนผู้ถือหุ้นที่ว่านั้นไว้ ณ ส านักงานใหญ่ของบริษัท อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทอาจจะ

มอบหมายให้บริษัท ศูนย์รับฝากหลักทรัพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จ ากัด เป็นนายทะเบียน

The Company shall keep and maintain the shareholders register and evidence in
relation to entries in the shareholders register at the head office of the Company.
However, the Company may appoint Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited
to act as the Securities Registrar. In the event that the Company appoints Thailand

Securities Depository Company Limited to act as the Securities Registrar, the

registration procedures of the Company shall be as determined by the Securities
Registrar.
