วัตถุประสงค์ของบริษทมีจ านวน 14 ข้อ ดังต่อไปน ี้
The Objectives of the Company contain 14 clauses, as follows:

(1) เพื่อด าเนินกิจการประกันชีวิต กิจการประกันภัยประเภทอื่นๆ และกิจการค้าอื่นใดเกี่ยวเนื่องกบ
กิจการประกันภัย ซึ่งอาจท าได้ตามกฎหมาย

To engage in the business of life insurance, other types of insurance businesses, and

other trading businesses in connection with the insurance business as permitted by law;

(2) เพื่อด าเนินการให้กู้ยืมหรือให้เครดิตด้วยวิธีการอื่น โดยมีหลักประกันหรือไม่ก็ตาม รวมทง
การรับ ออก โอน และสลักหลังตั๋วเงิน หรือตราสารที่เปลี่ยนมือได้อย่างอื่นทุกชนิด เว้นแต่

ในธุรกิจธนาคาร ธุรกิจเงินทุน และธุรกิจเครดิตฟองซิเอร์ รับจ าน า รับจ านองอสังหาริมทรัพย์

รับโอนไว้ เป็นประกันซึ่งกรรมสทธิ์ในทรัพย์สน รวมตลอดทั้งใบส าคัญหน ซื้อค่าปริวรรตเงินตรา

To lend money or give credit by other means, with or without security, including the
acceptance, issuance, transfer, and endorsement of bills or all kinds of other negotiable
instruments, except for conducting banking, finance, and credit foncier businesses, and

to accept pledges of movable properties, accept mortgages of immovable properties,

and accept transfer of movable properties as security against ownership of properties,
including share certificates, and to engage in foreign exchange trading;

(3) เพื่อรับฝาก หรือรับรักษาไว้เพื่อความปลอดภัยซึ่งเงนตรา ของมีค่า สินค้า และวัตถุต่างๆ

ทุกอย่างทุกชนิด
To accept deposits or keep all kinds and types of currencies, valuables, goods, and materials

in safe custody;
