                  PARTIES


                  Assumed 4 parties per Saturday and Sunday with an average group size of 12. Room
                  Hire will be £16 (Gross), price per head is £7 split 3:1 between Food & Beverage. There
                  will be a further charge of £5 per head (Gross) for a game.

                  MERCHANDISE SALES


                  Users of the Hot Shots Centre and users of the attached golf course are assumed to
                  purchase merchandise. The average amount spent will vary depending on whether the
                  Hot Shots Centre user is a frequent visitor.

                  Frequent visitors to the Hot Shots Centre are assumed to make up 30% of all visitors.

                  SPONSORSHIP


                  There will be four sponsors in year 1 with a spend per sponsor each of £16,250 (Gross).
                  Year 2 will see five sponsors with an average spend of £16,500 (Gross). Year 3 onwards
                  will see six sponsors each spending £17,000 (Gross).

                  Additionally, the digital netting advertising around the driving range will bring in
                  £65,000 per annum (Gross).
