GOLF ACADEMY REVENUE

Each Golf professional will provide 1,200 hours per annum at £60 (gross) per hour. In
years 1 and 2, there will be 3 Professionals, in years 3 and 4 there will be 4 professionals
and thereafter 5 professionals.

CUSTOM FIT GOLF EQUIPMENT SALES

There will be 7 sets per week sold in year 1, 9 sets per week in year 2, 10 sets per week
in year 3, 11 sets per week in year four and 12 sets per week thereafter. The price for a
set of irons will be £600 and for drivers will be £300 (both gross of VAT).

CLOTHING SALES

14% of visitors will buy clothing at an average spend of £20 (Gross) each.
