THE 12 HOLE COURSE
Average Group Size 3 players with eight-minute Tee off intervals. Tee times will be
available from 8am to 7.15pm during the spring and summer with 15-minute intervals
every three hours to allow for course clearance. Occupancy levels have been seasonally
adjusted to reflect the daylight hours during the autumn and winter months.
Annual average course occupancy is set at 50%, rising to 60% by year 5.
Revenue per tee time: Summer £60 (3 X £20)
Winter £30 (3 X £10)

Average Group Size 2 players with ten-minute Tee off intervals. Tee times will be
available from 8am to 7.15pm during the spring and summer with 15-minute intervals
every three hours to allow for course clearance. Occupancy levels have been seasonally
adjusted to reflect the daylight hours during the autumn and winter months.
